Shannon Alter has over 30 years of experience in commercial and retail real estate management. She works with organizations who want to communicate with clarity so they can gain influence in their market, build better relationships and grow their business. Shannon’s programs have been used globally by organizations of all sizes. Shannon is a CPM ® (Certified Property Manager®) and National Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), the American Management Association (AMA) and the Institute for Organization Management (IOM). She has trained professionals in 10 countries, including Ghana, India, Canada, China, South Korea, South Africa and Eastern Europe. She has held the volunteer position of Regional Vice President for IREM and is a Past President of IREM Orange County. Shannon’s 3rd book, “Be Influential: Surefire Ways to Improve Your Presentation Skills” was published in June 2023. She is the author of two earlier books, “Say it With Success: Foolproof Ways to Enhance your Presentation Skills” and “Strategies for Working With Small Tenants”, leadership white papers and numerous industry articles, including a long-time column for the Journal of Property Management. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

With more than 25 years in the property management sector, and experience ranging from residential lending to managing more than one million square feet of retail property, Danielle has spent her entire career contributing to the vibrance of the real estate economy throughout the Inland Empire. Today she puts her vast experience to work as the Operations Manager at Athena Property Management, where she spearheads onboarding and training for Athena employees, and optimizing the systems and processes vital to the success of her clients.

Kelly Tang, CPM, RPA is the President of IEC Property Services overseeing the organization's portfolio of value-add multifamily units which are located in supply constrained, high demand markets within California and Washington. Mr. Tang has a rich and diverse real estate background with experience in multiple asset classes. Mr. Tang has been entrusted with overseeing over 30,000 units and 2.5M+ SF of commercial space in his 23+ year career in real estate and he is also actively involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management ("IREM") serving as the Chair of the National Ethics Appeal Board, former Chair of the National Ethics Committee, and Faculty Instructor. Mr. Tang continues to be recognized as an industry expert having served as the Co-Editor of the Eighteenth Edition of Principles of Real Estate Management, Co-Chair of the National Instructor Symposium and Contributing Editor for the newly revised course: ETH800 - Ethics for Real Estate Management.

A PropTech industry veteran, Kyle has a proven track record in cultivating impactful partnerships and acting as a catalyst for business development across both startup companies and some of the world’s largest financial institutions serving the rental housing market. Prior to joining Snappt as Vice President in 2022, he held senior roles at Gartner, Experian, TransUnion, and PayLease (now Zego). Kyle has extensive expertise in corporate strategy, innovation within the AI category and is passionate about exploring emerging technologies throughout the property management sector. As an active member of the early-stage venture capital community, he serves as a venture partner to multiple VC funds and syndicates. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Florida.
